30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition
Include all original packaging
Show no signs of installation, wear, or damage
Because our products are custom-designed and produced specifically for Ring doorbells, returns may be denied if the product shows signs of bending, cracking, modification, or forced installation.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Customized or limited-edition designs
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Return Process
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the returned item shows wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different model or design, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange based on product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
For customer-initiated returns (wrong model ordered, changed mind): return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
For our mistakes (incorrect item shipped, defective product): we cover return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cam Glam Covers LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked as completed by the carrier. Customers may need to file a claim with the carrier directly.
U.S. Only
Cam Glam Covers LLC currently ships and sells products within the United States only.
All returns and exchanges must originate from a U.S. address.
